Small RNA Sequencing from Tissue Samples of Mice on Rice Diet

A recent publication (Cell Research 22, 107-126) reported the uptake of plant-derived microRNAs (miRNA) into the serum and liver in mice following consumption of rice. In this study we repeat the mouse feeding experiment and want to see whether we can detect rice miRNAs in mouse sample libraries.
