Tumour-infiltrating Vdelta3 gamma-delta T cells in human colon adenocarcinaomas

Here we provide a detailed gamma-delta T cell profiling in colon tumours, using T cell receptor sequencing. Sequencing of the Vdelta complementarity-determining region 3 showed that almost all of the non-Vdelta1Vdelta2 cells used Vdelta3 and that tumour-infiltrating gamma-delta clonotypes were unique for every patient.
