Subnational ideology and presidential vote estimates (v2015)

Estimates of the ideological preferences and presidential voting behavior of Americans at the local level. Estimates are based on responses to survey questions by 490,000 Americans who participated in the Annenberg National Election Study and the Cooperative Congressional Election Study from 2000 to 2014. These estimates use data and districts from both before and after the 2010 redistricting. Note that districts are generally implemented two years after the census, so they actually change in years that end in 2, with legislators who represent those districts generally taking their seats in year 3.
