In the current study we employed the CAGE-Seq method and investigated the four glioblastoma cell lines in which two variants through stable transduction were established, i.e., with overexpression of WWOX gene and control variant. The study was based on four glioblastoma cell lines, i.e., DBTRG-05MG, T98G, U87MG, and U251MG, for which overexpression of gene encoding WWOX was induced by lentiviral transduction. For each cell line, investigated variants included the Control variant (treated with Puro-Blank Lentivirus; abbreviated "vec") and WWOX overexpression variant (treated with GIPZ™ lentiviral system; abbreviated "WWOX"). Each variant was represented by three biological replicates per cell line.
