资源简介:
The 21st Apo-taat formulation exhibits antibacterial activity against bacteria that are causing diarrhea. The Apo-taat preparation consists of a mixture of one part of P. emblica and C. sappan. This study aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects of Apo-taat and its constituent extracts on ESBL-E. coli. In addition, the study was to determine the concentration of the active ingredient and verify the HPLC method for detecting the main constituent. In addition, an enteric coating known as Apo-taat was formulated and stored under accelerated conditions as the extract. The results suggest that Apo-taat exhibits a strong sensitivity towards ESBL- E. coli and efficiently reduces the levels of nitric oxide and IL-6. In addition, these HPLC techniques offer an accurate and reliable examination of the Apo-taat extract. The extract consistently demonstrated antibacterial activity, even when the concentration of active components decreased, potentially due to chemical changes. However, it still had an inhibitory effect on bacteria. Unfortunately, the enteric-coated tablet showed a decline in its physical appearance, therapeutic effectiveness, and chemical composition as a result of the unstable acidity properties of the active chemicals. Therefore, it is important to do additional research on the compatibility of components and their toxicity to both humans and animals. Additionally, it is necessary to perform pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses to determine the appropriate dosage of a medicine for use in clinical trials.
