Table containing the list of potential farmland in 2019, with for each plot: its cadastral identifier,
the commune and the EPCI where it is located, its surface area, its agronomic potential (soil quality and irrigation), its
zoning at the PLU, if it is concerned by the OLD, and if it is held by a public person.
A farmland is agricultural land, previously farmed, which has now been abandoned since at least
three years. It is in a transient state where spontaneous vegetation develops and tends to evolve in the long term towards a
forest environment.
Following field checks (2019) of the parcels identified as ‘agricultural rich’
potential", it appears that 50-80 % of the plots identified (depending on the context
are agricultural wastelands whose characterisation is beyond doubt.
