Chelated proximal colon epithelium from wildtype and Tnf(dARE/+) mice in two murine housing facilities (CONV and SPF-B), where the CONV facility mice are naturally colonized with Chlamydia muridarum. Raw data contains all encapsulated cells, while processed data filtered out empty droplets, poor quality cells, and non-epithelial cells such as epithelia-associated or intraepithelial immune cells. Overall design: For CONV facilility specimens, Tnf(dARE/+) datasets are young (6-7w, N = 4) and aged (20-24w, N = 4) conditions, while wildtype datasets are a mixture of young and aged (N = 2 aged, N = 1 young). In SPF-B facility specimens, Tnf(dARE/+) datasets are young (6-7w, N = 5) as are wildtype datasets (N = 4).
