Sepsis is a life-threatening condition caused by an excessive inflammation response to an infection, which can fail multiple organs and subsequent infections. This study aimed to investigate candidate lncRNAs and mRNAs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients diagnosed with sepsis to identify lncRNAs that involve in the pathogenesis of sepsis.
