Arts engagement in England 2012-2020, by religion

This statistic presents the proportion of adults who engaged with the arts in the last year in England between 2012 and 2020, by religion. Arts engagement refers to attending and/or participating in the arts sector, such as visiting an art gallery or participating in a theatre performance. In 2019/20, 78 percent of Christian respondents said they had engaged in at least one art event or activity in the previous year.
