Differentially expressed mRNA in biological premature ovarian insufficiency (bPOI)

The aim of this study is to identify the expression profile of mRNA in granulosa cells of POI We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the GCs in 6 POI patients and 5 control patients.This study provides a better understanding of molecular mechanism of POI and identifies the possible biomarkers of POI. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data of GCs from 6 POI patients and 5 control patients.
