Under ice photosynthesis data collected during the SIPEX II voyage of the Aurora Australis, 2012

Data were obtained from vertical profiles of a Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer (FRRF, Chelsea FASTocean). The full set of parameters available are reported here. FRRF data have been integrated with on board ship data to add location, time.
