资源简介:
CSF1R is a receptor involved in differentiation and survival of macrophages. We designed this study to explore the consequences of CSF1R targeting on human macrophage transcriptome. We also seek to explore the influence of oxygen environnment on the consequences of CSF1R blocakde . Our data provide an extensive characterization of the various pathways connected to CSF1/CSF1R pathway in human macrophages. To investigate the effect of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor edicotinib on CSF1R in human macrophages. We designed an experiment with macrophages treated for 48h with edicotinib 10µM or DMSO in normoxia (oxygen at 140 mmHg) or hypoxia (25 mmHg). We then performed gene profile expression analysis using data from RNAseq.
