资源简介：
The catalog PUL2 was made by photographic method in Pulkovo in
accordance with Deutsch plan (KSZ, Deutch A.N., 1952IAUT....8..789D).
Observations were made using Pulkovo Normal astrograph. The first
epochs of photographic plates were fulfilled since 1937 till 1965,
and the second ones - since 1969 till 1986. PUL2 includes 149 areas
uniformly covering the North sky.
