Laccaria decolorans sp. nov.

This dataset contains the MAFFT-aligned sequence file for the newly described species <i>Entoloma lilacinum</i> sp. nov. The alignment includes sequences from the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and large subunit ribosomal RNA (LSU) gene regions. These sequences were generated as part of a morphological and molecular study on fungal biodiversity in Swat, Pakistan, also includes a table containing the GenBank accession numbers of the sequences used in this study.
