North West Transport Link: environmental impact assessment report: prepared pursuant to clause 64 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 1980

This report concerns the proposal for a north west transport link in a corridor between Old Windsor Road at West Baulkham Hills and Epping Road at North Ryde. It describes the events which have led to the report, reviews all events against the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act to asses whether the requirements have been met, examines the environment impact statement and contains finding and recommendations concerning the proposed link.
