This is a collection of diverse publicly available macrophage datasets. The datasets belong to three different platforms and all normalized together using modified CDF files. 197 published macrophage samples from seven series assayed on the GPL570, GPL571 and GPL96 platforms were re-analyzed. RMA was used to normalize the CEL files using modified CDF files to analyze the shared probes among the three different platforms.
