This study is aimed to reveal novel evidences explaining favorable prognosis of mammary secretory carcinoma using multi-omic analyses. We are expecting that our multi-omics findings will provide novel knowledge for mammary secretory carcinoma, as distinct from basal-type triple negative breast carcinoma.
