Research data supporting "An interferometric method of measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of solids"

Raw data of the displacement of the top surface of solid samples with temperature, collected using an interferometric method. Each dataset is associated with a different sample or reference measured over a controlled temperature history. The data may be used to extract the thermal expansion coefficients of these materials and glass transition temperatures, where applicable. The raw displacement data have been provided as the choice of analysis methods can be up to the reader. The analysed data, as found in the publication can be replicated by following our described method of analysis. Refer to README.txt for a description of the contents of each file. The summary table indicates which files were used to generate each figure in the publication and relevant initial dimension of the sample.
