The goal of this project is to investigate introgression as a potential mechanism that triggered a microendemic,sympatric adaptive radiation of trophic specialist pupfishes on San Salvador Island in the Bahamas. We use whole genome data to identify candidate adaptive introgressed variation underlying the evolution of trophic specialist pupfishes.
