ARAX Artifact

An artifact in the form of a spreadsheet was developed from the requirements surveyed. The basic project data is completed from tables already existing in the company’s process, based on this data, the artifact allows the organization of information showing the expected duration and cost at each step of the projects. It’s also possible to set up the project tolerance degree with a percent deviation in a way that teams have visibility of the decisions’ constraints. The artifact also allows the comparison of the cost effectively realized with the one initially planned for the project, as well as the Analysis of the Accumulated Value-Added (AVA).
