Inclusive School Participatory Budget (iSPB) in Ukraine: monitoring and evaluation data, 2024–2026

Aggregated monitoring and evaluation data of the School Participatory Budget (SPB) and the Inclusive School Participatory Budget (iSPB) in Ukraine, 2024–2026: national baseline and benchmarks (2024), national coverage (2026), the Open Government Partnership / EU project OGP EU 00001489 (14 local self-government bodies, 8 oblasts), and the 2026 cycle in 8 partner communities. Six indicators (engagement, school coverage, share of authors, projects per 100 authors, project quality, activation) are computed with harmonised formulas described in readme.pdf. The intervention is based on the DIY4Change method (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18038108). Two analytical M&E reports (in Ukrainian) are included. No personal data.
