The Mikrozensus special surveys of the year 1982 have put an emphasis on questions on employment and labour market: in June occupational history (Mikrozensus MZ8202) in September job seeking/extra hours (Mikrozensus MZ8203) finally, in December professional development and retraining (Mikrozensus MT8204) The Mikrozensus has already provided important information on these topics in 1972 (Mikrozensus MZ7203) The surveys on job change conducted in the Mikrozensus only provide one part of the occupational history while a study on events in a complete occupational history is only possible if all occupational changes are recorded. This can be best achieved by recording all phases of the complete occupational history. One phase is defined as follows: A period over which the branch of industry, the job and the qualifications have remained the same. If one of these three factors has changed, a new phase has started. The inquiry on these three factors for all phases of the occupational history represents the main part of the special survey.
1982年的微普查(Mikrozensus)专项调查重点聚焦就业与劳动力市场相关议题:6月开展职业经历调查(微普查MZ8202),9月开展求职/加班时长调查(微普查MZ8203),12月则开展"职业发展与再培训"调查(微普查MT8204)。
微普查早在1972年就曾围绕上述议题开展调研(微普查MZ7203),并产出了极具价值的基础数据。
微普查现有职业变动相关调查仅能覆盖职业经历的局部片段,若要完整还原职业历程中的各类事件,则需完整记录所有职业变动节点。实现这一目标的最优路径,是对完整职业经历的各阶段进行系统性记录。
职业经历阶段的定义如下:若某一时间段内,从业者的所属行业、就职岗位与资质水平均未发生变化,则该时间段即为一个独立职业阶段;当上述三项要素中任意一项发生改变时,即标志着新的职业阶段开启。
针对职业经历各阶段的上述三项要素开展的问询调查,即为本次专项调查的核心内容。
