Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG)

The Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) is a legislative safety net scheme of last resort. Eligible employees who have lost their job due to liquidation or bankruptcy of their employer and who are owed certain unpaid employment entitlements can lodge a claim through FEG for financial assistance.
