Files containing data and scripts used for statistical analyses in an interspecific
comparison of eight tephritid fly species. The following traits have been
investigated: survival, oxidative damage to protein and lipids, total
antioxidant protection. The effects of species relatedness was also
investigated using phylogenetic least squares regressions for average lifespan,
maximum lifespan, coefficient of variation for lifespan and survival to 50 days
after emergence.
