Nvivo Data (qualitative network visualizations)

This dataset presents a collection of qualitative network visualizations, thematic mapping outputs, comparative coding analyses, and lexical frequency representations derived from a study examining digital communication practices in public institutions, with particular emphasis on library and public service environments in Indonesia. The materials reflect structured analytical outputs generated through qualitative content analysis and coding-based thematic interpretation. The dataset documents the analytical process used to explore digital public communication systems, communication effectiveness, infrastructural inequality in marginal regions, implementation constraints, and the construction of an innovative and effective digital communication model. Through hierarchical parent–child coding structures and co-occurrence mapping, the dataset captures the relational dynamics between key themes identified in the study. Several network visualizations illustrate how digital communication operates within public institutions. The thematic map on digital public communication highlights the interconnections between message content, feedback management, and digital service platforms. The effectiveness of digital communication visualization focuses on three central determinants: access to interaction, message relevance, and response speed, demonstrating their structural relationship in shaping communication performance. Another network visualization addresses implementation constraints, mapping technical and structural challenges such as internet instability, server limitations, inefficient workflows, and regulatory or copyright-related issues. The dataset also includes a thematic network on access gaps in marginal areas, which illustrates digital infrastructure disparities, affordability issues, utilization differences, and strategic mitigation efforts. This component reflects broader structural inequalities affecting public digital service accessibility. Complementing these network analyses, comparative treemap visualizations display the relative dominance of thematic categories based on coding frequency, revealing the proportional weight of key research dimensions such as digital communication effectiveness, public digital communication practices, implementation challenges, and infrastructural access gaps. To provide lexical insight into the qualitative dataset, word cloud and word frequency visualizations are included. These graphical representations emphasize dominant terms such as digital, media, library, information, service, community, literacy, and social platforms, indicating the conceptual concentration of the research. The dataset ultimately supports the conceptual development of an innovative and effective digital communication model, integrating audience segmentation, hybrid digital–traditional approaches, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. All files are provided in image format (.jpg and .png) and represent finalized analytical outputs exported from qualitative data analysis software. This dataset may be reused for comparative qualitative research, thematic network replication, digital governance studies, public service communication analysis, and digital transformation research.
