virus_pathogen_database.all_metadata.tsv = sequence and taxonomy info for each sequence in database

virus_pathogen_database.length.tsv = accession, length, name... for each sequence in database

virus_pathogen_database.fna = fasta formatted nucleotide database of all virus genomes and segments

virus_pathogen_database.mmi = minimap2 formatted index of database (for read mapping)

curated_viruses_accessions.txt = list of accessions that the authors have deemed especially important virus pathogens

curated_viruses_seq_info_hierarchy2.annotate.tsv = some extra information on curated viruses
