The data on the relative germination rates of the urediniospores of three physiological races of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst) currently prevalent in China (including CYR32, CYR33, and CYR34), obtained under five temperature treatments including 20°C, 22°C, 24°C, 26°C, and 28°C, with the 9℃ treatments as controls, are included (Supplementary Table 1). Based on transcriptomic sequencing of 18 Pst urediniospore samples (three biological replicates of each of the three Pst physiological races under two temperatures of 9°C and 22°C, with the 9°C treatments as controls), the transcriptome sequencing expression matrix (Supplementary Table 2) and all the differentially expressed genes (Supplementary Table 3) are provided. The annotation analysis results of the differentially expressed genes (DEG) of Pst based on the clean data are provided, including all the data on the GO (Supplementary Tables 4–6), KEGG (Supplementary Table 7), COG (Supplementary Table 8), PPI (Supplementary Table 9), NR (Supplementary Table 10), Pfam (Supplementary Table 11), and Swiss-Prot (Supplementary Table 12) annotations of the DEG.
