Report of alternative splicing events altered by alcohol exposure in human fetal ceebral cortex in late first trimester. Overall design: Deep sequencing of RNAs extracted from human fetal cortical slices cultured in medium containing 50mM ethanol (sample names: E1, E2) or control medium (sample names: C1, C2) for 24 hours.
