Single-cell RNA sequencing of total lung cells from Atg14f/f,Atg14f/f-CD11c-cre, Atg14f/f-LysM-cre mice

We found that several autophagy genes in myeloid cells are required to protect against high-dose Mtb (~1000cfu) infection. To understand the immune cell population in these mice after high-dose Mtb infection and what may contribute to the susceptibility, we did scRNAseq on naïve mice and mice infected with high-dose of Mtb strain Erdman. Lung cells from naive Atg14f/f,Atg14f/f-CD11c-cre, Atg14f/f-LysM-cre and 21dpi Atg14f/f,Atg14f/f-CD11c-cre, Atg14f/f-LysM-cre mice. Cells pooled from 4 mice each, age 8-10 wks.
