Activation of GPCR-GNAS-PKA signaling in melanoma cells impairs T cell infiltration to dampen antitumor immunity

To investigate the function of MC1R in antitumor immunity, we compared the gene expression between B16F10 WT and B16F10 Mc1r knockdown cells at different conditions. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at three treatments. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for B16F10 cells and its KD derivatives (sgMc1r) under different conditions.
