This study investigates gene expression profiles during bone defect repair and examines the impact of heparin on bone tissue regeneration. Using a rabbit bone defect model, RNA sequencing was performed to identify key genes and pathways involved in the repair process. Additionally, the effects of heparin on osteogenic differentiation and bone formation were evaluated. Results reveal significant changes in gene expression during repair stages and suggest that heparin modulates osteogenic activity, potentially enhancing bone regeneration. These findings provide insights into the molecular mechanisms of bone repair and the therapeutic potential of heparin in bone tissue engineering.
