在灯具出厂前,采集用于泉厦高速苏厝山头的隧道灯EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,以适用于该特定场景下的照明需求,指导灯具优化设计方案,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于泉厦高速苏厝山头的隧道灯的成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理 (1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=P*PF/Pref=IV*PF/Pref; 其中P是灯具的额定功率,PF是功率修正因子;Pref是灯的参考功率,Φuse为灯的有效光通量。 当Φuse<1300lm时:Pref =0.88√Φuse +0.049 Φuse 当Φuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Φuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级;0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。 3.数据应用: 能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配泉厦高速苏厝山头的隧道灯应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。
This dataset focuses on collecting the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) of tunnel lamps intended for use at Sucuo Hill of the Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway prior to their shipment from the factory, to determine the energy efficiency ratings of the lamps, meet the lighting requirements of this specific scenario, guide optimized lamp design schemes, and improve the energy-saving performance and service life of the lamps. 1. Data Source Before the lamps leave the factory, finished tunnel lamps for the Sucuo Hill section of the Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway are randomly sampled, and parameters including input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor are collected for these lamps. 2. Data Processing (1) EEI-based energy efficiency grade analysis for the lamps using the collected parameters: The EEI calculation formula is: EEI = P*PF/Pref = IV*PF/Pref Where: - P: Rated power of the lamp - PF: Power factor - Pref: Reference power of the lamp - Φ_use: Effective luminous flux of the lamp The calculation of Pref follows different formulas based on the value of Φ_use: When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88√Φ_use + 0.049 Φ_use When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341Φ_use (2) Energy efficiency rating criteria: - Grade A++: EEI ≤ 0.11 - Grade A+: 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17 - Grade A: 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24 - Grade B: 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6 - Grade C: 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8 - Grade D: 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95 - Grade E: EEI > 0.95 3.
