Bulk RNA-seq of mouse bone marrow derived macrophages co-cultured with platelets

We performed bulk RNA-seq gene expression analysis of macrophages co-cultured with resting or activated platelets Overall design: Macrophages were generated from mouse bone marrow cells and treated with vehicle (PBS), thrombin alone, resting mouse platelets, or thrombin activated mouse platelets for 4 hours. RNA was extracted from the macrophages and gene expression analyzed by bulk RNA-seq.
