212 annotated images of groups of live insects in experimental contexts.Images are extracted frames (one every 1800th) from "anTraX: high throughput video tracking of color-tagged insects (benchmark datasets)" (10.5281/zenodo.3740546). Each insect is annotated as a polygon.Annotations are contained in JSON file: `instances_default.json` in the COCO format.Images were annotated by hand or semi-automatically (e.g., using Segment Anything).
