Breast Cancer Histopathological Image Classification Dataset (BreakHis) consists of 9,109 breast tumor tissue microscopic images collected from 82 patients at four different magnification levels: 40X, 100X, 200X, and 400X. It contains 2,480 benign samples and 5,429 malignant samples, with each image having a resolution of 700×460 pixels, 3-channel RGB format with 8-bit depth per channel, and stored in PNG format. This database was established in collaboration with the P&D Laboratory – Anatomical Pathology and Cytopathology in Paraná, Brazil.
