According to Nvidia there are over 16,000 AI startups in the world. Cloud Commerce that is rebranding as AI advertising has an innovative persona system that utilizes machine learning. On August 4th, the stock CLWD basically doubled spiking 120 from 3pm to 4pm. It wasn't overly clear what caused the rise. In January, 2021 the stock reached 0.17 and now stands at 0.035. With 69 million in volume, daily volume today reached more than 10x normal daily volume and the 11k followers on Stocktwits were cheering. We may be seeing SWARM, the Company’s AI-driven advertising solution, that now includes programmatic audio ads reaching over 170 million consumers each month provided by Audacy, Inc. showing an improvement already in the company's bottom lines. The company has retained Dr. Peter Holden, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) strategist and IP expert, who will assist the Company with the expansion of AI capabilities to its SWARM platform and development and protection of its intellectual property to protect these innovations. Cloud Commerce has about 25 employees according to it LinkedIn. With Google's cookie apocalypse the company has had to perfect its persona capabilities that can help companies improve their sales and marketing with AI. In 2021 they have significantly improved their talent and management also with Mr. Romano, who is an accomplished digital video ad sales leader with a consistent track record of building and training world-class sales teams. He previously served as VP of Sales and Agency Development, North America for SpotX. Cloud Commerce has added several new hires over the last few months in Tech, Sales, marketing . Most recently they hired Jessica Richardson as Marketing Director. All of this suggests and the incredible volume today that AI Advertising has a viable future as a company with many major Ad players showing huge increases in revenue during the pandemic. Cloud Commerce has been incredibly agile during the Ads shake-up and appear to have a viable path to increased profitability. The company also stood strong against the wave of short squeeze last year due to a bad earnings call. The persona efficacy of SWAM is what impresses me the most. Implementing AI in digital campaigns is a natural progression of the business, and CloudCommerce’s SWARM solution appears to be well positioned to lead the way in this exciting new era of technology which will be truly game-changing for advertisers and agencies in their marketing efforts. What is a good price target for CLWD for the end of 2021? I think 0.20 is realistic. CloudCommerce recently announced that it will change its corporate name to AiAdvertising, Inc.
