Metagenomic analysis of Kirishima hot springs artificial waterway

Metagenomic sequencing analysis of sediments obtained from 9 points of the artificial waterway. Length of waterway is about 20 m, and the temperature decreases from upstream to downstream. Sample temperatures vary from ~60°C to ~30°C.
