Factors Influencing the Adoption of Organic Fertilizers in Vegetable Production in Accra

This dataset was produced to study factors influencing adoption of organic fertilizers in vegetable production in Accra, Ghana. Robert Kofi Lavison, a student in the Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Ghana, undertook this study as a part of requirements toward Master of Philosophy Degree in Agribusiness. Ghana Strategy Support Program (GSSP), led by IFPRI, provided support to conduct this study. The dataset contains information provided by 201 vegetable growers on their demographics, input use, use of organic fertilizers, its source and transaction costs and resulting benefits.
