tRNA Structure-seq analysis in yeast under mild stress conditions

This project applies tRNA Structure-seq to yeast tRNA under multiple stress conditions. The goal of this study is to analyze tRNA structurome in yeast and reveal how tRNA structures are regulated in yeast in response to environmental stresses.
