资源简介:
This dataset comprises detailed clinical and demographic information on 91 stem cell transplant (SCT) recipients who were treated abroad and subsequently followed at a medical center in the UAE from January 2019 to December 2022. The dataset focuses on the prevalence and risk factors of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) among these patients, with specific attention to various factors that could influence GVHD outcomes.
Columns:
R_Sex: Sex of the recipient
Age: Age of the recipient
Adult Category: Classification of the recipient as adult or pediatric
Nationality: Nationality of the recipient
Hematological Diagnosis: Specific hematological condition diagnosed
Number of Lines of Rx Before BMT: Number of treatment lines received before BMT
Indication for BMT: Reason for undergoing BMT
Diagnosis to BMT Time (months): Time duration from diagnosis to BMT in months
R_Age at BMT: Age of the recipient at the time of BMT
R_Blood Group: Blood group of the recipient
HLA Match: Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) match status
NEW HLA: New HLA match details
D_Relation: Relation of the donor to the recipient
D_Sex: Sex of the donor
GVHD Prophylaxis: GVHD prophylaxis measures taken
GVHD: Presence of GVHD (Yes/No)
GVHD Acute/Chronic: Classification of GVHD as acute or chronic
GVHD Severity: Severity of GVHD (mild, moderate, severe)
Skin cGVHD: Presence of chronic GVHD in the skin
Liver cGVHD: Presence of chronic GVHD in the liver
GI cGVHD: Presence of chronic GVHD in the gastrointestinal tract
Eye cGVHD: Presence of chronic GVHD in the eyes
Lung cGVHD: Presence of chronic GVHD in the lungs
Dead (Y/N): Survival status of the recipient (Yes/No)
Usage:
This dataset can be used to analyze the prevalence and severity of GVHD in international SCT patients, understand the impact of various pre-transplant and donor-related factors on GVHD outcomes, and identify potential areas for further research. It serves as a pilot study and is the first dataset from the UAE to report on stem cell transplantation and GVHD.
