The molecular mechanisms of bacterial blight resistance in O. officinalis have not yet been elucidated due to lack of Oryza officinalis genome. Therefore, we hope to analyze the resistance genes of Oryza officinalis involving in response to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) stress by RNA-seq, and explore the molecular mechanisms of bacterial blight resistance in Oryza officinalis.
