资源简介:
The eastern quoll (Dasyurus viverrinus) is a Australian marsupial carnivore belonging to the order Dasyuromorphia. This chromosome-scale assembly is part of a larger project to develop conservation-genomic resources for this species to aid reintroduction and genetic management effort. This work is lead by Dr. Charles Feigin (The University of Melbourne & Princeton University) and supported by Revive & Restore. Sequencing and assembly was performed by Dovetail Genomics. Contigs were assembled from PacBio HiFi (CCS) long reads. Chromosome-scale scaffolds were generated by aligning Dovetail Omni-C proximity ligation data (a derivative of Hi-C) with the HiRise pipeline.
