资源简介:
Eight-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were fed a normal chow diet (NCD) or a HFD for 10 d or 12 w. The mice were sacrificed in either a fasted state (fasted for 24 h) or a refed state (fed for another 12 h after fasting for 24 h). Specifically, the mice were divided into the following 7 groups: NCD fasted (F); NCD refed (R)-NCD; NCD R-HFD; HFD 10 d F; HFD 10 d R; HFD 12 w F; and HFD 12 w R. To determine the molecular basis of HFD-induced attenuated adaptability of the small intestine upon refeeding, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) using the upper jejunum samples from mice with HFD feeding in both fasted and refed states.
