The list of land plots of communal property offered for the transfer to the property of citizens and legal entities or for the provision of communal ownership for use (premises) that can be transferred for use. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", public information in the form of open data (open data) is published for free and free access to it. Open data is allowed for its further free use and dissemination. Any person may freely copy, publish, distribute, use, in particular for commercial purposes, in combination with other information or by inclusion in his own product open data with a mandatory reference to the source of their receipt. The condition for any further use of open data is a mandatory link to the source of their receipt (including a hyperlink to the web page of the open data of the information manager)
