PennCNV formatted LRR/BAF data for 354 animals

The dataset represents the PennCNV-formatted LRR/BAF data for 577,206 autosomal SNP markers (Ovine Infinium® HD SNP BeadChip) genotyped in 354 animals from 16 Russian sheep breeds. The samples names correspond to individuals’ IDs in Table S1 from Igoshin et al. Animal Genetics (2021). Genotyping data for the high-density ovine SNP array (600K) for 354 samples of 16 sheep breeds from Russia. <br>The data were produced by Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Novosibirsk, Russia for Tuva, Bubbei, Krasnoyarsk, Altai Mountain, Kulundin, and Baikal breeds while the data for Lezgin, Karachaev, Karakul, Edilbaev, Romanov, Russian Longhaired, Groznensk, Salsk, Osetin and Volgograd breeds were produced by L.K. Ernst Federal Research Center for Animal Husbandry, Podolsk, Russia<br>
