Replication data for Designing multiple choice tests to support students’ basic psychological needs

Project Description: This was a preregistered experimental study to test the effect of three multiple choice tests on students' psychological need fulfillment and performance. The IV had three levels: control test of 20 flawed items; high-quality test with 20 non-flawed items; wellbeing test of 20 non-flawed items and intentional design elements to support need fulfillment rooted in self-determination theory.
