Access to Green Space

Access to green space, using the Natural England green infrastructure standards within the West of England Combined Authority (including North Somerset). The figures are the number of households per Lower Super Output Area which have access to the standard of green space described.For full detail of the scenarios and standards please review the Technical Annexe. A summary is presented below.All green space – considered all accessible green spaces 2 hectares (ha) or larger, and a distance threshold of 1 kmAll green space with rights of way – considered all accessible green spaces 2 ha or larger as well as rural rights of way as a type of green space experience, and a distance threshold of 1 kmDoorstep standard – considered all accessible green spaces of at least 0.5 ha within 200 metres (under 5 mins walk from home). This scenario corresponds to Natural England’s Doorstep Accessible Greenspace standardLocal standard – considered all accessible green spaces of at least 2 ha within 300 metres (5 mins walk from home). This scenario corresponds to Natural England’s Local Accessible Natural GreenspaceNeighbourhood standard – considered all accessible green spaces of at least 10 ha within 1 km (15 minutes’ walk from home). 地方标准——考虑所有面积至少为2 ha、距离住宅300米（步行5分钟）内的可访问绿色空间。此情景与自然英格兰地方可访问自然绿色空间标准相对应。

邻里标准——考虑所有面积至少为10 ha、距离住宅1公里（步行15分钟）内的可访问绿色空间。此情景与自然英格兰邻里可访问自然绿色空间标准相对应。

综合标准——将情景3至5综合，若家庭同时满足家门口情景（情景3）、地方标准（情景4）和邻里标准（情景5）的访问条件，则认为该家庭可访问绿色空间。

部分综合标准——情景3至5的混合。在此情景下，若家庭满足邻里标准（情景5）以及家门口标准（情景3）或地方标准（情景4）之一，则认为该家庭具有可访问绿色空间。
