Environmental and evolutionary drivers of species distributions and range limits : the case of the African four striped mouse (Rhabdomys sp.)

Phylogenetic reconstruction of Rhabdomys species sampled in South Africa and integrated ecological and genomic research to identify range-limiting mechanisms of two parapatric rodents that evolved in contrasting environmental conditions: Rhabdomys bechuanae (arid) and Rhabdomys dilectus dilectus (mesic) using an innovative approach combining environmental niche modeling (ENM), population genomics (RAD-seq).
