stutzeri is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, motile bacterium with a single
polar flagellum. Associated with rare infections in humans, it has nevertheless
been isolated from the spinal fluid. This work sought to provide fundamental
information about the genetic repertoire of Pseudomonas stutzeri strain
NCTC 10475 through parsing the annotated genome sequence of the bacterium
downloaded from Genbank. Comprising gene name, gene function, and gene
sequence, the resource should find use in a variety of biological workflows
seeking to understand the evolutionary origins of the species, as well as
putative mechanisms underlying its pathogenicity in humans.
