Reference Alignment

This file contains the details of sheep heart RNA sequencing samples and the statistical analysis relative to the sheep reference transcriptome. Details for each tab include:All Samples- A table of sample details and statistics for the fastq or alignment analysis of each RNA sequencing sample.Experiment 1 matrix- Salmon alignment for experiment 1 samples relative to the reference transcriptome, where values are shown as the transcripts per million (TPM).Experiment 1 Significant Genes- The P-value for each transcript shown in Figure 2 reaching a Bonfroni-corrected significance of 1 or Experiment 1 ECHO-Histo Data- The animal echo and histology data for tissues processed that also have RNA sequencing data.
